What Glimpse is
Glimpse is a media business run by its founder, Derrick Woepking, in Muscatine, Iowa. This site describes it, publishes its plans, and keeps a public record of the work. It is information, not a service that takes money from visitors.
What Glimpse is not
- Not a nonprofit, charity, or 501(c)(3). Nothing here is tax-deductible for anyone.
- Not a donation platform. No contributions are collected on this site. If a contribution route opens, its destination, purpose, and any fees will be explained before anyone contributes.
- Not a financial intermediary, custodian, exchange, or money transmitter. Glimpse holds no one's money.
- Not affiliated with X Corp., pump.fun, or Paid. Those are independent services with their own terms.
$GIVE and $GLIMPSE
$GIVE is a token on pump.fun. $GLIMPSE is an earlier, separate token from February 2026. Neither is an investment, a security, a share, or a claim on anything. Neither confers rights, revenue, governance, or a promise of any kind. Tokens are high risk and most go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Anyone who trades either token does so on their own judgment and at their own risk.
Creator fees
Creator fees generated by trading $GIVE are routed by Paid, under Paid's own rules, to Derrick Woepking's personal X Money account. Those fees are his personal income. He decides how they are used. No amount, timing, order, or outcome is promised in advance.
Community input
Glimpse may invite holders and community members to share input on future undertakings. Input is advisory. It creates no voting right, ownership, or claim, and Derrick Woepking retains final responsibility for company spending and execution.
Plans and the record
The roadmap distinguishes confirmed commitments from future plans and possible extras. Specific commitments are stated on the event page. If a plan or commitment changes, the update and any unfinished work will be explained there. The event record is kept accurate in good faith, with corrections explained. Listing a business or recipient is not an endorsement and creates no relationship between them and any visitor or token holder. Anyone named in the record, and any recipient, may request a correction by email; information may be corrected, redacted, or removed to protect private information, with the change explained without repeating sensitive details.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Glimpse and its founder are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from trading any token, or from reliance on anything published here.
